Watts Water Technologies Inc. (WTS) declared a quarterly dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share on the Company's Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock payable on March 10, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business on February 27, 2006.
Watts Water Technologies 4Q Earnings Up
The company earned $15 million, or 45 cents per share, up 83 percent from $8.2 million, or 25 cents per share, during the same period a year ago. Last year's results were weighed by a higher loss from discontinued operations and a charge of 7 cents per share to correct certain accrued expenses. [ more ]
