Artesian Resources Corp. (ARTNA) announced that basic and diluted net income per common share for 2005 were $1.26 and $1.22, as compared to $1.12 and $1.08 in 2004. Revenues for 2005 were $45.3 million, up 14.4% from $39.6 million in 2004. Net income available to common stockholders was $5.0 million, compared to $4.4 million last year, also a 14.4% increase.
